The MasterPlan Enquirer leverages the power of MasterView to allow the user to determine the uses that are permissible on their property and the controls that affect the development of those uses.

By selecting and confirming the property in MasterView, the MasterPlan Enquirer then takes the user through an interogation to determine firstly what is permissble on the property, and secondly what is required should they choose to proceed.

The Enquirer can take any number of environmental planning instruments into account, so long as they are properly set up using the MasterPlan Editor.

There are a number of options available on the enquirer:

• Search - a wizard like approach to selecting the property and determining the uses.
• View Control - allowing you to view the details of each of the controls that may affect the property.
• View Planning Instruments - an on-line planning document.
