Council will use your personal information to access your application, and to otherwise comply with the requirements contained in the Sustainable Planning Act 2009. Council is authorised to collect your personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act.

Council may disclose your personal Information, including the information contained in your application, decisions and orders under the Sustainable Planning Act to the referral agencies, concurrence agencies, and to the public generally, as required and as authorised by the Sustainable Planning Act, including to discharge its obligations under Chapter 9, Part 2 of the Act to make particular information available to the public.
